I had this laying around for a while, but I started listening to this song, called "Calling to the night", by Natasha Farrow. It's the main theme song for MGS Portable OPS. The song is beautiful, it basically made me finish this piece.

Overall though, I wouldnt have finished this if it wasnt for the fact that I love the woman in that painting. She's the fire that guides me, it's like "a calling to the night" :P

The pink isn't too much here I think. After looking at it for a second scratching my head as to what it is that didn't strike right: it's actually the lack of any portion of that color on the left hand side of the painting, in her skin tone on her (right) arm: it's a prodominant color in the rest of her (even her eyes) but not there, even in shading (or it's not showing as well in the scan). The only other thing I might have tried o correct was the hardness of the light-reflective area on her nose.

Again.. you paint excellent eyes.. the lips have just the right amount of detail, the lines in and her clothing follow perfectly, the fur-edge is believable instead of froofy: and I love her pose. If i could rate this.. I'd say 8/10.

Its great... another brilliant piece of art. I mean I think as your biggest fan we've reached a point where telling you that your work is amazing is kinda meaningless. At this point all the praise I give you is probably shrugged off since I even enjoy what you consider to be crap. Granted I'm no art critic, but I know what I like and enjoy all your amazing work.

However if you need to be reassured that your work is amazing then I will support you any way I can. Keep up the good work man.

PS: Also make sure to link your art more often cuz I always look at your gallery and see a bunch of shit I never saw.
